• Orientation days on September 11, 12, and 13, 2012
• No classes on October 24, 2012
• No classes on November 21, 2012
• Final Evaluations on December 5, 2012
• Exit Interviews and Closing Ceremony on December 6, 2012
• Weekly classes on Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly clinical ministry hours in addition to class time – 24 hours
• Some weekend in-house on-call duties may be required depending on a student’s clinical site
