Deadline for tuition fee on September 15, 2015

Orientation days on September 29, 30 and October 1, 2015
Final Evaluations on March 30, 2016

Classes begin on October 7, 2015 and are held every other week on Thursdays, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (except on the second week of October when the 90 minute debriefing session be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2015)
On the week there is no class students will attend in-person or via conference call a 90 minute check-in/debriefing session with Supervisor.
Students will provide 16 hours of clinical ministry to LAC+USC or another designated ministry site every week beginning with the first week of October. Clinical Ministry days will be negotiated with St. Camillus CPE Administrator, Fr. Chris, before Orientation begins.
Students will have a one hour Individual Supervisory session during the same week classes are held.
Students will hold the overnight on-call pager one night every other week as per negotiated with St. Camillus CPE Administrator, Fr. Chris.
